Share your vehicle make, model and drivetrain when you call. The appropriate transport method depends on the manufacturer’s instructions and the condition of the vehicle. Let dispatch know if the car is all-wheel drive or has special towing requirements.
Low clearance and damaged vehicles
Mention lowered suspension, aftermarket bodywork, damaged wheels or a vehicle that cannot shift into neutral. A car in a garage or other restricted space may also require different loading arrangements. Dispatch needs these details before confirming the job.
Transport to a shop, home or another destination
Provide both addresses and tell dispatch whether someone will receive the vehicle. For a repair-shop delivery, confirm its receiving hours and drop-off instructions. An accurate description helps dispatch provide an appropriate quote.
