Jump starts and vehicle lockouts
For a no-start vehicle, describe the symptoms and your vehicle model. A jump start may help a discharged battery, but it cannot fix every electrical or mechanical fault. For a lockout, explain where the keys are and be prepared to confirm authorization to access the vehicle.
Fuel delivery and tire changes
For fuel delivery, confirm the correct fuel type when speaking with dispatch. For a tire change, say whether you have a usable spare and a wheel-lock key if your vehicle needs one. If a roadside repair is not suitable, discuss towing instead.
Winch-outs and recovery
If a vehicle is stuck in mud, a ditch or on a shoulder, describe its position, nearby obstacles and access for the recovery truck. Dispatch must assess the circumstances and equipment needed; do not assume every location can be reached.

We travel to customers in Northwest Houston, Cypress, Jersey Village, Katy, Spring and nearby communities. We do not operate a public walk-in storefront. Call with your pickup location to confirm service availability.
